Course Overview
The objective of the OTHM Level 4 and 5 Diploma in Business Management is to provide learners with an excellent foundation for building a career in a range of organizations. It ensures that each learner is a confident, independent thinker with a detailed knowledge of business and management, and equipped with the skills to adapt rapidly to change.
Curriculum / Modules
Learners must complete the following mandatory units to achieve the qualification:
- Module 1: Introduction to Business Operations (20 Credits)
- Module 2: Principles of Marketing (20 Credits)
- Module 3: Financial Decision Making (20 Credits)
- Module 4: Leadership and People Management (20 Credits)
- Module 5: Strategic Business Planning (20 Credits)
Entry Requirements
- Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 3 Award/Diploma or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Mature learners (over 21) with management experience (learners must check with the delivery center regarding this experience prior to registering).
- Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course.
- English requirements: If a learner is not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency.
